GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING TICKETS FOR PERFORMANCES

Book Early to Avoid Disappointment!
While we plan our performance season to avoid sell out shows, the demand for each show is unpredictable and we have experienced sell-out performances in the past. We advise families to book their tickets as soon as possible.

Sibling Bookings
Families with two or more children in one program who do not appear in the same performance may be issued a maximum of four complimentary tickets to the second performance. All families eligible for discount tickets will receive notification via email.

To claim complimentary tickets please call the CPCA head office on 9384 1644 from 9am Monday 12 October 2009.

Wheelchair/Restricted Mobility Seating
The CPCA reserves a limited number of seats for patrons with restricted mobility or wheelchairs. These tickets must be booked by phone to CPCA head office on 9384 1644 from 9am Monday 12 October 2009.

While bookings for wheelchair/restricted mobility seats cannot be made on-line, we encourage patrons to book all other tickets on-line from 9am Monday 12 October 2009. When adding wheelchair/restricted mobility tickets to an existing booking, no booking fee will be charged.

Infants
The CPCA is a youth arts company and we welcome children to our performances. We suggest that performances are suitable for children aged four years and above. If you plan to bring a child under four years of age to a performance, please keep the following in mind.
- CPCA performances can last up to two and a half hours, including an interval.
- The performance may contain production effects such as strobe lighting, bright lights, smoke machines and loud music that may be disturbing for some children.
- Small children have the potential to be noisy and distracting to other patrons. Patrons who are noisy and distracting will be asked to leave the theatre.
- Please remember that all patrons (regardless of age) must have a paid and allocated seat. This is a CPCA Policy and operates alongside Theatre Policies. If you intend to bring an infant, please advise when booking so an aisle seat can be issued.
