The Talent Company of Australia is open to all current and past Young Australian Broadway Chorus, Victorian Youth Theatre, and Beginners on Stage students and their siblings for representation.
You can only join the Talent Agency once you are a member of one of our companies.
Each year we run workshops for any of our students who wish to join the agency. All our students are informed about the workshops (which occur four times a year). In a variety of different sessions over two days, students develop their skills in screen acting technique. Every student that participates in the workshop receives a free annual membership to the TCA.
The TCA has a catalogue of clients which we put forward for various jobs that come up in the film, television and theatre industries. In order to provide effective representation, performers wishing to take up TCA membership are required to purchase an online Talent profile with leading casting website AT2.
The agency has members with a range of skill level and appearance. Because of the variety of work available, experienced actors are not always required. Many roles are cast based on looks and personality. The agency aims to have members with a wide variety of looks, which enables us to cover a broader spectrum of the market.
