How to Book Your Tickets

 

Please note that tickets for our semester two performance season are not yet available for booking. However, a general guide to booking your tickets can be found below.

While we plan our performance season to avoid sell out shows, the demand for each show is unpredictable and we have experienced sell-out performances in the past. We advise families to book their tickets as soon as possible.
 
Please have your child’s performance date/s ready to ensure you purchase the correct tickets. Performance dates can be found in your child’s Rehearsal and Performance Schedule distributed in class in Term 3.
 
The CPCA offers the following ticket booking options:
 

ON-LINE: Visit www.cpca.com.au/book-your-tickets from <dates tbc>
•    Secure — using online credit facility SecurePay Pty Ltd
•    “Choose your own seating” or opt for "best available"
•    Group booking friendly  
•    $1.00 booking fee
•    Bookings accepted up until 24 hours prior to the performance.

OR


BY-PHONE: Call CPCA head office on 9384 1644 from <dates tbc>
•    $4.00 booking fee*
•    “Best available” seating offered
•    Bookings accepted up until 24 hours prior to the performance.

OR


BY-MAIL: Ticket booking form to be filled out & returned to CPCA head office – PO Box 111, Moreland 3058.
•    Form sent via email in Term 2 (download here)
•    Bookings are processed from <dates tbc>.
•    $3.00 booking fee

OR


HEAD OFFICE: Payment mae at CPCA Head Office (23 Allen Street, Moreland) from <dates tbc>.
•    $4.00 booking fee*
•    “Best available” seating offered
•    If paying by cash correct money is required.


OR


THEATRE BOX OFFICE: Tickets purchased at performance venue immediately prior to show.
•    Any remaining tickets are available for purchase approximately 30-45 minutes prior to commencement of performance.
•    Please be aware seats may be limited and in some cases sold out.  


*There is no phone booking fee for wheelchair/restricted mobility and sibling complimentary tickets if a previous purchase has been made on-line.

PLEASE NOTE: Ticket bookings cannot be made through your Venue Manager.


Receiving Your Tickets:

•    Tickets will be mailed to the address provided within five working days.
•    Tickets booked within a week of the performance will be held at the Theatre Box Office.
