Thank you for your interest in the Children’s Performing Company of Australia (CPCA). Bookings for our 2009 mid-year audition and try-out sessions for placement in 2nd semester classes will open 20 May.
Sessions are being held at venues across Melbourne in June and July. Places are limited so please be quick!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Our audition and try-out sessions are fun, relaxed and designed to give prospective students and parents an insight into our classes. Sessions are conducted in groups of up to twenty and participants are not required to read a script or prepare in advance. The aim of the audition or try-out is to enable us to place your child in the most appropriate group for his or her abilities and interests. Parents are invited to observe the session and provide a supportive audience.

Bookings to our head office on 9384 1644 are essential as sessions are grouped by age. Auditions and try-outs are cost and obligation free, and last up to an hour.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Successful applicants will be offered a position at their preferred venue. Offers are emailed a few days following the audition or try-out.
